What are the best holiday gifts you can give a geek? A lot of people don’t know so here are some ideas.
- Flash Drives - You can’t go wrong with flash drives(thumb drives, pin drives, etc.). Geeks need them and love them. These days a 2GB flash drive should be the low end of the spectrum for a geek.
- Gift Cards - You can never go wrong with a gift card to one of the leading PC retailers or e-tailers (online retailers like newegg.com, tigerdirect.com etc.)
- Laptop - If cash flow isn’t a problem for you, a laptop is great for any geek that doesn’t have one. But be careful, geeks are picky about what type of systems they like.
- PDA/iPhone - Same rules apply to PDAs as laptops. iPhones are good for geeks, they will find some way to open all its hidden secrets.
- Finally, a real 3D woman - Those online don’t always suffice.
But don’t limit these goodies to only geeks, there are many other people who could benefit from these gifts as well. Just be careful when buying for your geek this holiday season, their a picky breed. Oh and most importantly, KEEP THE RECEIPT!!!
